What You’ll Do

• Ensure smooth operations by synchronizing multiple warehouses with the manufacturing process to prevent disruptions.
• Manage shipment accuracy by tracking, recording, and resolving deviations while logging supplier non-conformance issues.
• Optimize costs and transparency by capturing exception expenses related to logistics and transport and ensuring proper cost allocation.
• Enhance coordination by collaborating with purchasing, engineering, and production teams to secure timely deliveries and stock availability.
• Streamline processes by refining logistics workflows, implementing best practices, and driving improvements in warehouse management.

What You’ll Need

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a structured approach.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse coordination within a high-tech or industrial environment.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and transport management tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to connect with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English - Dutch is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (MSD) for logistics and warehouse management.
• Knowledge of aerospace or manufacturing supply chains
• Familiarity with cost optimization strategies in logistics operation.
