What you’ll do

• Assist in Supplier Selection - Support the evaluation and selection of suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability
• Order Processing - Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Inventory Management - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels
• Vendor Communication - Maintain effective communication with suppliers to track order status and resolve any issues
• Market Research - Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and stay updated on industry trends
• Documentation - Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other relevant data
• Support Negotiations - Assist in negotiating terms and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable agreements
• Collaboration - Work closely with various departments to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of materials

What You´ll Need

• Degree in a related field.
• Experience of 2-5 years in a procurement or purchasing role, preferably in the aerospace or manufacturing industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MSD procurement software.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent English speaker.
• Minimum B2 level needed in Dutch.
