Leveraging Medicare’s new GUIDE program, Craniometrix provides new care to dementia patients while earning their doctors new money.

We do this through a combination of software and services. The GUIDE model starts paying on July 1st – and we’ve signed an insane number of doctors. But once we sign a doctor, we need to convert their patients. Helpfully, we have everything one could need — buy-in from their doctor, phone numbers, addresses, etc. We need help running a rigorous outbound operation.
